Child Welfare Digital Services – California Automated Response and Engagement System Project (CWDS-CARES) Implementation Services Project

The CWDS-CARES project calls for building a new child welfare information system to support child welfare professionals with oversight and case management for one of the state’s most vulnerable populations. CWDS-CARES is utilizing agile methods and open source technologies to develop the solution that will ultimately be deployed in all 58 counties.

Voyatek served as the Implementation Vendor for the initial deployment of Digital Services to the counties. Our scope entailed providing implementation management, organizational change management, end user training, and readiness/go-live support services.
