Riyaz Ladkhan, Global Services Head
Riyaz Ladkhan is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in managing .NET cloud-based project teams and leading full-cycle software delivery using agile methodologies. With over 19 years at Voyatek USA, Mr. Ladkhan has held diverse leadership roles spanning operations, project solutioning, delivery, talent management, product innovation, and strategic planning. His passion lies in building high-performing, agile teams, modernizing legacy systems, and establishing strong data governance and operational excellence across projects.
Jina Noh, Vice President of Operations
With over 13 years of experience working on large-scale, public sector systems integration projects, Jina Noh has held a range of leadership roles in Organizational Change Management and Business Analyst Teams. Prior to joining Voyatek, she led the HR team at Oncore Consulting for eight years and spearheaded the back-office integration when OnCore merged with GCOM (later rebranding as Voyatek). Drawing from her diverse background, Jina is passionate about developing impactful teams, building an empowering company culture, and mentoring the next generation of Voyatek’s leadership.
