California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Case Management, Information, and Payrolling System (CMIPS) Maintenance and Operations Services Project

CDSS provides In Home Support Services (IHSS) for aged, blind, and disabled recipients so they can remain in their homes. The CMIPS project supports the infrastructure, case management applications, payroll application, and customer service desk for the solution. As needed, enhancements are made to CMIPS in response to legislative and policy changes.

Voyatek provides support across the project including key leadership roles, software development using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, architecture support, business change management, customer service support, and operations management.
